Why Coaching?

Why Coaching?

I have been an avid runner since I was 13, am no stranger to the weight room and consider myself in

fairly good shape. I have the internet at my disposal and have been designing my own workouts for the

last 5 years. Yet a few months ago I found myself battling nagging injury after nagging injury, in constant pain and losing my motivation for going to the gym. Despite the resources and decades of experience, I was stuck.

We all have those moments in our life, no matter how successful we are we find ourselves stuck.

I decided to invest in a personal trainer. They didn’t show me anything I didn’t know, but dedicating

that time to invest in myself, I discovered new ways of working out, letting go of assumptions, making

small lifestyle changes (stretching!!!) and five months in, I feel better than I did nine months ago, with

more energy, motivation, and reduced pain.

Take that time to invest in yourself, contact me for a free consultation and explore how coaching can help you.

It is those moments that reaching out to a coach can pay off in ways you may not realize. A coach keeps the space for you to have a conversation with yourself, tap resources you may not realize you have or have not used for many years and provide a new perspective on your life. Furthermore, a coach becomes an advocate and cheerleader, celebrating your wins with you. Ultimately, a coach helps you become unstuck and continue to be the best version of yourself.
